The judge suppressed the field sobriety evaluations and my client DUI was dismissed and reduced to a lesser offense. He kept his license and did not have to go to jail.

Following Too Closely charge was amended to Too Fast For Conditions which put zero points on his license. He would have recieved 3 points on his license if he had pled guilty to Following Too Closely.
