Biography
Mr. E. Jay Abt has 20 years of legal experience in criminal defense of all serious felony charges and major crimes, including over 50 jury trials to verdict in major felony cases for charges such as murder, rape, child molestation, armed robbery, drug trafficking, kidnapping, and other aggravated felonies. Mr. Abt has also represented individuals who are inexperienced to the criminal justice system who lead good and productive lives. These people make a simple mistake in their lives which can be emotionally costly, damaging to their reputation, and permanently affect their livelihood, family affairs and professions. We strive to undo this damage and return them to their state of normalcy through effective, dedicated and professional representation.

Master class legal work
I hired Jay Abt as my lawyer after I got caught selling heroin. His team, Alli, Roget, Katie and David were tremendously helpful. They returned my calls, answered my questions, made me feel at ease, and most important, Mr. Abt kept me out of prison.

Great results
i hired Jay after I my former company accused me of embezzlement. they alleged I stole money through my expense account, forged payroll, and other improprieties, totalling $250k. By the end of the case Mr. Abt had them paying me!! Whoever said "crime doesn't pay" never had Jay Abt as their lawyer....

Superb Lawyer
I was in Atlanta for the Super Bowl, got way too drunk and got in a fight with my wife. I broke her jaw (believe me, she deserved it). Abt saved me from prison, and I've been there before and don't want to go back. He is the best lawyer on earth.

Drug Trafficking Dismissal
I was a passenger in a girlfriend's car and the cops found a kilo of meth. Mr. Abt got the whole case dismissed after a big hearing, and saved me from a lot of years in jail. He is great!!!

Saved my life
