Rebecca was working on our case at Kuck Immigration. I cannot find enough words to express my gratitude towards her. The amount of attention and work she put into my husbands case when we had very little hope, was what kept us going. I was all the way in Los Angeles, Rebecca updated me almost every day, I never felt uninformed and she was always a phone call away. We are forever grateful and not a day goes by that I don't rememeber what Rebecca did for us. Thank you Rebecca Rojas you are not only an amazing Lawyer but also a wonderful person. A+ lawyer

I have been working with Rebecca for a few years now since she was working at Kuck Immigration, LLC. Where I was so lucky to have met her and start working with her. When you go to someone for help on something that you do not have much clue about, you like for that person to be knowledgeable about the topic, but you also want to be able to work with someone who respects you, who tries to understand you, who is patient, and who makes you feel as welcome as possible. This is definitely just how Rebecca is and this is why I did not even think twice before continuing to work with her at her new law firm. She is a really good lawyer, very honest, and knows her job well.

I can't thank enough Rebecca for being so professional and commit to her work . I can recommend her over and over. She worked in my case for over a year in a half and all the outcome have been very satisfactory . I had a very complicated case and she got us the case reopen after being denied many times but that wasn't all, at my i485 interview the officer was so rude , and want to give us a hard time and she step up, defend us, and did her job so perfect !!! She just have save a family of being separate, she also have make two little kids so happy to be able to have their two parents by their side. And have make a couple happy to be able to sleep every night together with no fear of being separate. Thank you so much Rebecca .

I met Ms. Rebecca Rojas at an Immigration Forum the Kuck Immigration Law Firm was having in Atlanta. I went to this Forum after a friend suggested it. I truly believed that there was nothing that could be done in my situation since anther attorney has told me so.
During a brief two-minute discussion with Mrs. Rojas I knew she understood my situation and demonstrated empathy and knowledge of the law. While she may be one of the youngest attorneys at the Kuck Immigration Firm, make no mistake about it; she has cultivated strong moral virtues of justice, courage, and honesty. –--I can attest to this because I talked to another experienced top immigration attorney in Atlanta and was told my matter was not an immigration issue.–Mrs. Rojas, on the other hand, knew immediately that this was an immigration issue!
Thank you Rebecca for helping me to have the opportunity to pursue my dream of becoming a Register Nurse.

I met Rebecca in TN; she showed interested about people who for one reason or another didn't have the same rights as everybody else, this is one of many reasons I recommend her. She and her partners had my trust because they took time to guide me through every single detail on my paper work and letting me know what will the next step be. She is well dedicated to her job. I don't think I will ever find a better attorney than Rebecca Bumgarner Rojas.

After I was misrepresented in deportation proceedings by the Pottra Law Firm, I visited a substantial amount of immigration attorneys in the state of GA. It was clear to me that no one was fit enough to handle my case as a DREAMer, until I came in contact with Rebecca Rojas. I found Rebecca in Atlanta, GA. at Kuck Immigration about 2.5 hours from where I live. Rebecca's knowledge of the immigration system and personal skills connecting with her clients are what indefinitely keeps me loyal to her services. I trust Rebecca because she truly cares for those she helps and because of that I have recommended her to friends and family. She is a true inspiration to what an immigration attorney should be and goes above and beyond to exceed her clients expectations. Rebecca is an amazing individual but most importantly a truly outstanding immigration attorney.
