Attorney Matthew C. Hines founded Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines back in October of 2004.  This was the same date that he passed his bar exam and has never looked back since.  The law firm has been helping Atlanta Residents defend their rights in civil and personal matters. 

Mr. Hines is a graduate at Clemson University and worked in various law firms until her gained a fundamental understanding of the various areas of law.  

He is passionate about personal injury cases, litigation and other types of trial work, criminal defense and family law. 

Taking an individual who is in a dificult situation and empowering them with a good legal defense presentation is something he enjoys the most.  

In his spare time he loves being outdooors, enjoys martial arts and traveling with his family.

Completely Different Experience
Wow! I have had a completely different experience than some of these reviews. I hired Mr. Hines to do some work on behalf of my family members being harassed by a medical provider who were doing interesting things with their billing and trying to collect money that was not owed. The staff at his firm were all very professional, seemed very knowledgable and handled the medical provider perfectly. I expect to pay for an attorney so that being collected up front didn't bother me. I have no issues reaching the assistant helping with my issue and it was resolved quickly too. I would highly recommend this attorney and will return again if the need arises.

Wonderful Experience From Beginning to End
The staff and attorneys at Matthew C. Hines took away all my stress and concerns from the first consultation all the way until my final settlement. Attorney Hines in particular treated me like a family member, making sure that I understood what was going on from beginning to end. He called me personally several times and the staff was always there to answer my questions. I sometimes felt bad that I called them so much because they are always busy but they took the time to help me no matter how minor my concern was. I felt like these guys really cared and you can't find that from large attorney firms nowadays. Would definitely recommend Mr. Hines if you find yourself in need of legal help. Don't hesitate to call, you'll be happy you did!

Criminal case
Do not recommend had this law firm for criminal case they did nothing my lawyer didn’t show up it was a step in Kendall teal did not help or give me the best out come want me take what they offer never negotiate at all . She was more worried about going to there next case then get the best out come for your client. Do not recommend at all

They don’t care
This law firm is full of it . They drag there feet they don’t care about your case. They don’t show up when appointment are made. No returned calls no updates nothing they just take your money and do nothing

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have nothing good to say about this law firm. But what makes me the most angry is the fact that they NEVER return your calls! I still regret having hired this guy! I had to come over to his office every Friday just to get updates on my case because I know he wouldn't call me. If you value your time and money, stay away from this guy!
