Completely Different Experience

Wow! I have had a completely different experience than some of these reviews. I hired Mr. Hines to do some work on behalf of my family members being harassed by a medical provider who were doing interesting things with their billing and trying to collect money that was not owed. The staff at his... firm were all very professional, seemed very knowledgable and handled the medical provider perfectly. I expect to pay for an attorney so that being collected up front didn't bother me. I have no issues reaching the assistant helping with my issue and it was resolved quickly too. I would highly recommend this attorney and will return again if the need arises.
