Our client was originally charged with DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane in Gwinnett County, Georgia. From the beginning, the client consistently maintained that she had not consumed alcohol. She exp ... lained that she worked as a baker and had been working late on the night of the incident. The client did not want to accept a proposed resolution requiring her to complete DUI-related conditions when she maintained that she had not been drinking. When the prosecutor declined to reduce the charges on terms acceptable to the client, Attorney Dominique Best proceeded with a bench trial in Gwinnett County Recorder’s Court.
