Great lawyer

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have nothing good to say about this law firm. But what makes me the most angry is the fact that they NEVER return your calls! I still regret having hired this guy! I had to come over to his office every Friday just to get updates on my case because I know he wouldn't call me. If you value your time... and money, stay away from this guy!

Wonderful Experience From Beginning to End

The staff and attorneys at Matthew C. Hines took away all my stress and concerns from the first consultation all the way until my final settlement. Attorney Hines in particular treated me like a family member, making sure that I understood what was going on from beginning to end. He called me perso...nally several times and the staff was always there to answer my questions. I sometimes felt bad that I called them so much because they are always busy but they took the time to help me no matter how minor my concern was. I felt like these guys really cared and you can't find that from large attorney firms nowadays. Would definitely recommend Mr. Hines if you find yourself in need of legal help. Don't hesitate to call, you'll be happy you did!
