Results Oriented/Outstanding Service

Overall Jimmy is an excellent lawyer, result oriented while providing great client service. Jimmy's " never give up attitude" is what won the day for us. Our case involved a medical device claim. From the beginnings Jimmy exhibited an excellent bedside manner, In fact he came to the hospital to ac...tually talk about the case with my wife. He was deliberate and focused. We found that he also was very frugal with out-of-pocket expenses. In the end we received a very fair settlement which would've happened without Jimmy. In my profession I have worked with hundreds of lawyers, accountants and senior executives and I found Jimmy to be in the top 1%

Mr. Goldstein looked over my case very quickly.

I contacted 8 attorneys by mail and Mr. Goldstein was the only one who agreed to look at my case. He and I exchanged several emails and a phone conversation. Since my situation was a medical issue, he even recommended two specialists with whom I should talk. After several weeks of discussion, he advi...sed me as to what I should do. Given the fact that the other attorneys have yet to respond, I highly recommend Mr. Goldstein to look over your case. He is very professional.

Top of the Line

When I had gotten in my crash, I tried to work with several lawyers, but none were quite like Mr. Goldstein. I have never met a lawyer so easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns I had were responded to very quickly and fairly. My emails were responded to on the minute, and I was informed ...of my case status every step of the way. Other lawyers have made me feel unimportant, but Mr. Goldstein made me feel like my case was his only one. He knew exactly how to handle everything, and won me the decision I felt I deserved. I would recommend him to anyone who was in the unfortunate situation I was in because he made everything feel easier.
