Be Kind to all calls
This woman was very nasty and unpleasant and unprofessional on the phone . Talking about she is very busy to allow me to answer questions. If you can’t listen fobt pick up the phone . And at bare minimum have compassion that goes far lawyer or not .

Replied last October 30, 2023Maria, I disagree with your description of our call. When we spoke, you told me that you were calling my office on your husband's behalf. I asked you a few preliminary questions. You then asked me if I was willing to take your husband's potential case. I told you that before deciding to take on any case, it was important for me to speak directly with the potential client first. You then became upset. The call was disconnected before I could finish explaining my firm's intake process or directing you to other helpful resources. If your husband is still in need of legal representation, please have him give my office a call. I would be happy to discuss his potential claims with him and point him in the right direction.
