I hired Attorney Obiorah for my EEO discrimination case. She is a great listener, knowledgeable, caring and is very understanding and have been considerate of my issues. My case against my Agency is very complex in nature because so much has been done to me over the years; which entailed various components: Sexual Harassment, Hostile Work Environment, Discrimination due to sex and sexual orientation, Retaliation and Reprisal due to reporting security issues, wrongdoing of Management and for me initiating the EEO process. Even after filing my EEO case, the retaliation from my Agency continued to escalate. The Agency began to use my disability as a means to get back at me. I keep Attorney Obiorah abreast on all matters. I do appreciate Attorney Obiorah professionalism with this sensitive matter and her continued hardwork and dedication to my case as we continue to fight for the adequate justice. Her price to retain her services is reasonable and her staff is professional and warming. Thank you for all you do!
I retained Attorney Obiorah to initially handle my EEO claim. I find Attorney Obiorah to be knowledgeable about EEO issues regarding federal government employees. Specifically, the agency discriminated and retaliated against me on the bases of race, disability (parent and self); and violation of the Rehab Act (i.e., reasonable accommodations) . Attorney Oborah ensured all legal orders and matters were responded to within the necessary timeframe. The pleadings she submitted were impressive and relevant to the matters at hand. Given her performance with my EEO claim, I subsequently retained Attorney Obiorah to handle my Whistleblower claim with MSPB. Specifically, the Agency retaliated against me because of protected disclosures (i.e., violation of a rule, law, and regulation; and disclosure of discrimination), harassed, and reprised against me. Attorney Obiorah provided her professional opinion on all angles of my claims to allow me to make the most informed decision. It is comforting to me that Attorney Obiorah is the expert representing me in these legal matters, which can and has been extremely stressful. Attorney Obiorah's rates are reasonable and within market rates. I found the rates for other attorneys were unreasonable. I also felt as though these attorneys wanted 'slam-dunk' cases with little work or effort. Although my claims are still in litigation, I look forward to my continued attorney-client relationship with Attorney Obiorah!

Thorough and educated
Danielle first of all was very personable, and helped me feel at ease. She was very specific in letting me know the process and what my next steps were. I have a case that has already been handled by another lawyer previously, and she called me really quick once I sent the info I had so far.

Caring and competent
I have nothing but good thoughts. Danielle is a true professional and works hard for her clients. She has made a very difficult and complex process bearable. I hope I never need services again, but if I do I will go with no one else except Danielle.

EEOC Compliant Against The Department of Veterans Affairs
I hired Danielle in April of 2014 to represent me in my EEOC/Harrassment/Disability complaint against the VA. All I can say is that this Awesome Attorney Did Her Thing! She is extremely knowledgeable of all laws applicable to every situation involving my case including reasonable accommodation and hostile work environment. She kept me informed and always returned my calls-even on Saturdays & when she was out-of-town. Compared to the many attorneys that I have worked with and or hired, I would say that her professionalism, knowledge, understanding of the law at hand and Work Ethics is The Best, Bar None! Matter of fact, I'm so impressed with her I have hired her to represent my husband!

Fair and Competent
After going through another law firm who just nickle and dimed me to death and bogus charges, it was so wonderful finding Danielle. She was always there for me when I had questions. She quoted a price and it never changed. Not only that, Danielle followed up on my work disability and made USPS accountable to make a decision. If you want a fair and honest professional lawyer, you don't need to go farther than Danielle Obiroah.

Client
Ms. Obiorah is an outstanding Employment Rights attorney. She is a hard worker and personally involved during all phases of the case. She keeps her clients well informed and returns all phone calls and e-mails. She also makes sure the client understands law language. I have recommended her to a number of co-workers who are experiencing employment issues. The best word to describe her is just "Outstanding." I would rate her the same if we didn't win due to her work ethic.

Not Responsive…
I had a paid consultation with Attorney Obiorah. It was the most expensive consultation rate for any firm I contacted regarding this Federal EEO matter. In this consultation, Attorney Obiorah was very pleasant, professional and patient. It was recommended that I amend my Federal EEO claim to add the Failure To Accommodate incidents that resulted in my permanent physical injury, then bring the case back to Attorney Obiorah.
After following Attorney Obiorah’s recommendation, I made numerous attempts telephonically and via email to contact her for an extended period. I never received a response from Attorney Obiorah. I have nothing to add positive or negative about her representation because she never represented me in my legal matter.

Discrimination Employment
I never heard back from Attorney Danielle Obiorah Fields. We first spoke on March 19, 2018, I sent her my materials that she requested about my agreement with my employment on March 20, 2018. I followed up on her on March 27, 2018. She said Monday she'll call me but never did. I guess she's a very busy person. I have nothing bad to say because we've never done any business.
