In 2014 my spouse and I had been to a permanent residence application interview with the USCIS Atlanta.About a year after our interview I was neither granted the green card or refused.I then hired Dara Berger as my attorney.It was not until April 2015 when her inquiry about my case was responded to.T...he response that came read"Intent to deny". Though additional evidence pertaining to my current marriage has been requested,the fact that there was no reference to my previous marriage any more is the best news I have received in my almost six years journey towards acquiring a green card.It's imperative for me to state that this achievement is as a result of the good work Attorney Dara Berger did in defence of my previous marriage.It takes a good lawyer to do such a good job.I like to recommend her to anyone who seeks a smart immigration attorney.
