Biography
Mr. Tsang is the managing attorney for Immigration Express. He is admitted to the California State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of California, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association.
Proficient in all areas of immigration law, Mr. Tsang currently focuses on family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, 601 waivers, and investment-based immigration cases.
Mr. Tsang previously interned at the prestigious immigration law firm, Laura Devine, while studying law in London. He is the founder and the president of the legal software company, Dream Express. Mr. Tsang has authored multiple articles on immigration issues, and regularly engages in pro bono legal work for indigent clients. He is the co-author of the book, “Confucius Meets Shakespeare” and ever burns with the love for literature. Mr. Tsang is currently serving as Directors for Eden Happy Farm Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization with the mission to enrich the lives for the disadvantaged.
