Outstanding results at a fair price! We specialize in resolving workplace disputes in the most cost-effective manner. Our experienced team handles virtually all issues involving the employment relationship, including cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, wage/hour and overtime pay, sexual harassment/hostile work environment, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, disability and medical leave, retaliation/whistleblower protection, workplace violence, health and safety regulations, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business torts.
We frequently advise and represent employees who have been offered severance packages. We review the proposed severance agreement, provide our feedback on the fairness and reasonableness of its terms, and handle negotiations with the employer. We are very experienced in the fast-growing area of wage/hour and overtime disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Unlike most Atlanta employment law firms, we represent federal government employees in connection with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints and also have a niche practice of representing physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals in employment matters.
We understand that litigation is a long and costly process that may be unattractive to many. Accordingly, when possible, we utilize efficient, cost-effective alternatives to litigation, such as settlement negotiations, mediation and arbitration. We also represent employees in civil service board appeals and unemployment appeal hearings before the Georgia Department of Labor.

Mr. Fidlon graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1998 and has been practicing exclusively in labor and employment law since. He is also a licensed CPA.
