For more than 25 years I have vigorously fought for the accused facing federal and state criminal charges. By focusing exclusively on defending people charged with serious crimes I am able to provide clients with knowledgeable and experienced representation.
Over the years I have acquitted clients of murder, rape, armed robbery, gang conspiracy, racketeering, aggravated assault, firearm offenses, drug trafficking, distribution and possession, medicaid fraud, mortgage fraud, theft and property offenses.
Similarly, through investigation and research, I have had cases dismissed by being fully prepared. When going to trial is not in the client's best interest I have achieved creative solutions and in many cases successfully argued for probation.
My goal is to achieve the best possible result for my clients. I recognize that the outcome of the case may have a lasting impact on the client's life.

Worst lawyer in Atlanta
This is the worst lawyer I have ever retained. My son is currently serving 20 years for a case that could have been fought. Illegal search and seizure to start. He was not all all prepared for trial. He saw my son once in the months he was incarcerated. Run from this lawyer or you or your loved one ...
You stated there was an illegal search that presumably showed your son was in possession of illegal narcotics. Therefore before a trial there would have been an evidentiary hearing on a motion to suppress evidence and a trial judge made a ruling the narcotics were admissible at trial. At that stage it’s usually unwise to proceed to a trial-the jury hears evidence you’re in possession of the drugs. I regret your son received 20 years for a drug crime however I disagree it was due to my being unprepared for trial

Made Undeliverable Promises of Defense. I Went to Prison.
This attorney lied to me from the beginning. He knew very little about defending me based on drug and alchohol abuse. He said the law provides for several definite defenses bazed kn my life-long addictions and related health impairments. He was unable to present a proper, good and convincing case....
This review is simply not true. What is true is that at a pretrial hearing, the judge denied the motion to suppress the drug evidence, the client did not want to risk a trial and decided to enter a guilty plea.

Very caring lawyer!
Mr. Grossman recently represented me after I was arrested for drug charges. And unlike a lot of other lawyers that I observed, he did exactly everything he said he would do. There was no dishonesty or stringing along like I expected and he was very knowledgeable about everything I was experiencing. M...

Richard Grossman Was Devastating In My Case
Grossman represented me in a simple case of probation revocation and identity fraud, both of which resolved themselves because of the delays in the proceedings. Grossman was incapable of staying abreast of motions filed by the prosecutors, responding the requests by judges for defense evidence, and ...
