Biography
For more than 25 years I have vigorously fought for the accused facing federal and state criminal charges. By focusing exclusively on defending people charged with serious crimes I am able to provide clients with knowledgeable and experienced representation.
Over the years I have acquitted clients of murder, rape, armed robbery, gang conspiracy, racketeering, aggravated assault, firearm offenses, drug trafficking, distribution and possession, medicaid fraud, mortgage fraud, theft and property offenses.
Similarly, through investigation and research, I have had cases dismissed by being fully prepared. When going to trial is not in the client's best interest I have achieved creative solutions and in many cases successfully argued for probation.
My goal is to achieve the best possible result for my clients. I recognize that the outcome of the case may have a lasting impact on the client's life.

Worst lawyer in Atlanta
This is the worst lawyer I have ever retained. My son is currently serving 20 years for a case that could have been fought. Illegal search and seizure to start. He was not all all prepared for trial. Replied last July 22, 2025You stated there was an illegal search that presumably showed your son was in possession of illegal narcotics. Therefore before a trial there would have been an evidentiary hearing on a motion to suppress evidence and a trial judge made a ruling the narcotics were admissible at trial. At that stage it’s usually unwise to proceed to a trial-the jury hears evidence you’re in possession of the drugs. I regret your son received 20 years for a drug crime however I disagree it was due to my being unprepared for trial

Lost case…..Run
Mr Grossman did not do his due diligence and cooperated with the DA to cause son to lose a trafficking case. We now have two young girls that will not see their father for many years. Run as far away and fast as you can.

Since I don’t know who the defendant was I am not able to comment on facts or circumstances. I do know that whoever your son is I handled his case to the best of my ability and I don’t “cooperate with the DA” to the detriment of my client

Replied last June 09, 2023A jury heard the evidence and returned a guilty verdict. It was a difficult case to defend because there was a large quantum of evidence against this man’s son. Also his co-defendant pleaded guilty, accepted responsibility and testified against my client. The jury clearly found her testimony believable. I agree my client received an unduly harsh sentence. That said had he taken my advice he would have accepted a plea agreement whereby the gun charge would have been dismissed and he would have received a far more lenient sentence
