Mr. Ghanayem was recommended to me from a friend and that was the best and only decision I had to make regarding my case. Mr. Ghanayem explained each detail of the law, my case and options. After meeting him, I never questioned Mr. Ghanayem's advice, knowledge or judgment. It is clear that he is well versed in the law but especially passionate about my well being and outcome. I was terriefied, this being my first offense and facing the federal court on criminal charges. Mr. Ghanayem assured me that we would get the best case scenario for my case and he was correct. I pleaded guilty under the first offender act, given probation and the case was ex-sponged after I completed probation. Mr. Ghanayem is a natural with people; from the servers at a restaurant to the judge. He especially cares for his clients and he told me on several occassions to call him anytime. He told me that real life never stops so he can not either. A few times I took him up on his offer and called him. I was worried and had a million questions that had plauged me throughout the week. He never made me feel as if I was bothering him or that this was not apart of his job. He patiently answered every question and addressed every worry I could think of. Mr. Ghanayem certainly talked me through my worries and frustrarions and as a result I was able to continue to work and attend school with a sense of normalcy. I truly believe that Mr. Ghanayem cares about everyone of his clients. The positive outcome of my case was due to Mr. Ghanayem's personal attention and hard work. It is obvious he is dedicated to his clients and work for the right reasons; he has made a personal commitment to help people in need to the best of his ability.

I was in a bad situation. Attorney Ghanayem, (after I reached out to him on a weekend) returned my call VERY quickly -- and even on a Sunday. I called upon him, after seeing his proven reviews online and reviews on Avoo.
Attorney Ghanayem - listened very carefully to my situation (giving me time to speak) and he considered my request to substitute my existing counsel. Since then, Mr. Ghanayem agreed to appear on my behalf the following morning!!! He has communicated (throughout every step of the way) in the MOST effective way possible.
By FAR, Attorney Ghanayem made no promises in the end result of my misdemeanor case; HOWEVER, realizing his performance in court -- it became obvious to me that his solid experience and firm KNOW the law -- (in my case) -- even further than the court hearing the case.
Mr. Ghanayem came to court prepared and provided me solid and reasonable feedback as to our next steps. He has consistently remained in contact and has went beyond ALL means to extend his time and experience to assist me.
I've NEVER, EVER have been more impressed with ANY attorney. Working with Attorney Ghanayem has been a pleasure. He's understanding, thorough, listens, respects your feedback/defense and is the single BEST attorney I've EVER encountered.
I would recommend him to ANYONE. You will NOT find a more competent and "shoot-at-you" straight Attorney..
Top of the line - the best of the best!!!
