Brian A. Hobbs

My very easy injury case took approximately 6 years; Brian NEVER went to the site where I fell (3 minutes from my home) after 3 years we barely heard from him and he lost a No Brainer case. He refused to return shining my calls and emails and we didn’t hear from him in almost 2 years, then he resurfa...ced to deliver a horrific, apathetic, unprepared argument in front of the judge and then disappeared again. He never even told us that he lost our case. My daughter had to track down our case from the clerk of court. We will be filing a complaint with the state bar and I urge any of you who he has wronged and treated unprofessionally to do the same!

Attorney Hobbs is by far the best lawyer I’ve had!!! He got my charges dropped from a dui and helped me secure my USCIS citizenship!! Attorney Hobbs was not only thorough while explaining my charges and having our first meeting but he took the time out to know my background and synopsis of my case. I... had a previous lawyer who was not representing me as should but attorney Hobbs communicated, interacted, and checked up on me while handling my case. If not for him I would’ve been stuck in a dilemma I’d still be fighting today. Thank you sir for your service and trust and believe me he is the right and legit defense attorney you’d need when handling your case . Thank you again a thousand times!!!

He is extremely nonchalant and is ridiculously slow about returning calls and texts (it often takes SEVERAL weeks). I’m happy for the people who he represented well, but my experience was the total opposite from these reviews. I definitely have my theories about why we were treated so poorly, but I d...on’t want the message that he is completely unprofessional and not forthright AT ALL to be lost in translation. I’m sure there’s a group of people that he may be passionate about helping, but I can think of another group that he couldn’t care less about.
