From the day I started working in the field until today, I have learned the practice of criminal and appellate law from some of the finest attorneys in the country. I respect my clients and their families above all else and am keenly sympathetic to the fact that, when most of them come to me, they have already been through the difficult and emotionally wrenching process that is a criminal trial, only to lose and find themselves or somone they love very much subject to a long term in prison. I never promise anything to my clients other than the fact that I will wake up and work as hard as I can for them every day until there is a resolution in their case. Every moment I am working for my clients, I know that I carry the burden, not only of their hopes, but also those of their mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins, wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, children, neighbors and so forth. I take this burden seriously enough never to make promises I cannot keep to those people. I enjoy and respect every client I have and appreciate the faith that each and every one of them has placed in my abilities.

mr yurachek does not know federal civil work
I hired mr yurachek to handle a federal civil appeal in the 4th circuit. There were many issues with his representation. I was told he had an office in VA when he was based in GA. As a result after paying him $5000 for a time sensitive appeal, I never could meet him. He also had no experience with ci...
I would start by categorically denying that this particular case was the only Federal civil appeal I have ever handled, that is just incorrect. As this site reflects, I maintain offices, as well as my bar licenses, in both Georgia and Virginia. The other comments involve matters I am not free or inclined to discuss publicly.

Fantastic Post-Conviction Lawyer
We initially hired Mark to review my son's 4 Armed Robbery convictions (4 life sentences) to see if anything could be done. He took about 6 months to review the case and then met with my ex-husband and me to explain that he did think there were issues he could use to argue for my son getting a new tr...

Kudo's for this Attorney

Highly recommend without any reservation. She was a challenge to deal with and he handled her and her case as if she were hi...

Mark Yurachek

He has advised me on several legal matters, both personal and professional, and his services are highly recommended. He takes a great deal of care in his client's cases and always has their best interests...
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Yuracheck is quite obviously a talented lawyer based on the quality of his postings on Avvo."
"Mark and I represented co-defendants in US v Ansaldi during trial on on appeal. (this case is described in my Avvo Profile.) Since that time, we have worked together representing several clients. Mark's work has always been of the highest caliber. I look forward to working with him in the future."
