My name is Katherine Ventulett Hernacki. I started The Hernacki Law Firm because I went to law school to help more than just the limited group of companies and individuals who can afford to pay their attorneys $400 or more an hour. During my career, I have had significant experience handling a variety of matters, including high profile defamation, personal injury cases, defense of class actions, and a wide range of commercial disputes. My professional success has given me the knowledge and skills to go up against the most sophisticated opponents. I chose to leave the big firm because I believe that everyone is entitled to quality legal representation at a fair cost and because I want to bring the same level of dedication and tenacity to every client, whether they are a large company or an individual seeking to right a wrong.
