From the day I started working in the field until today, I have learned the practice of criminal and appellate law from some of the finest attorneys in the country. I respect my clients and their families above all else and am keenly sympathetic to the fact that, when most of them come to me, they have already been through the difficult and emotionally wrenching process that is a criminal trial, only to lose and find themselves or somone they love very much subject to a long term in prison. I never promise anything to my clients other than the fact that I will wake up and work as hard as I can for them every day until there is a resolution in their case. Every moment I am working for my clients, I know that I carry the burden, not only of their hopes, but also those of their mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins, wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, children, neighbors and so forth. I take this burden seriously enough never to make promises I cannot keep to those people. I enjoy and respect every client I have and appreciate the faith that each and every one of them has placed in my abilities.

#1CONMAN LAWYER MARK YURACHEK
AFTER BEING PAID $25 THOUSAND,THIS LAWYER MISAPPROPRIATED MY SONS FUNDS BY COMMINGLING HIS FUNDS, FAILING TO KEEP RECORDS, NEGLECTING LEGAL MATTERS, UNRESPONSIVE TO CORRESPONDENCE, QUESTIONS/REQUESTS FOR MONTHS AT A TIME. MARK YURACHEK GAVE BROKEN PROMISES WHEN IT CAME TO DILIGENCE TO MY SONS CASE AN...
Nobody wants to hear these kind of things said about their work. The allegations are confusing, severe, insulting and very, very serious, but they are also provably false. I'm limited in the things I can/will say in response, but I do categorically deny each and every one. We worked closely and responsively with this client and his mother (the author of this review) on a habeas case which took longer than they wanted it to take. It is understandable that people don't want to stay in prison and mothers want their sons home and at times, attorneys who do what I do must absorb some anger/venting when people lose patience about that fact, as this client and his mother did multiple times. That goes with the territory, we understand why and that was not the big issue here. There is a line and, without going into detail, this client and his mother crossed that line even after being warned of the consequences of doing so. Given a choice, they chose to terminate the relationship rather than tone down their attacks on me and my staff. We obliged that choice. The money we were paid was earned, as verified after the fact by a neutral third party. I have no ill will toward the former client or his family, but the allegations in this review are demonstrably false and not really worthy of more of a response than that.

Deceitful
Took full payment then back out before court, left me hanging three days before time sensitive deadlines, leave me hanging doing a thirty five year sentence, I paid up front but still, every conversation with mark or his associates ended in confusion and often tempers and curse words.. Horrible expe...
We strive to make sure all of our clients are happy, as Tyler demonstrates, it's not always possible to keep everyone happy. I can't comment too much on what was said without addressing confidential information, but I will say a couple of things. We were not hired to represent Tyler in court, but were hired to investigate his case and evaluate it for possible court action, which we did within the timeframe we had told him we would do it. We always took Tyler's calls when he reached out and reached out to him when necessary to explain our process, procedures and progress. Each time we spoke in the most professional manner possible, which certainly did not include loss of temper or curse words (on our end). We continue to make our best efforts on behalf of every single client we have and we are always disappointed when one walks away unsatisfied.

mr yurachek does not know federal civil work
I hired mr yurachek to handle a federal civil appeal in the 4th circuit. There were many issues with his representation. I was told he had an office in VA when he was based in GA. As a result after paying him $5000 for a time sensitive appeal, I never could meet him. He also had no experience with ci...
I would start by categorically denying that this particular case was the only Federal civil appeal I have ever handled, that is just incorrect. As this site reflects, I maintain offices, as well as my bar licenses, in both Georgia and Virginia. The other comments involve matters I am not free or inclined to discuss publicly.

Bad lawyer Mark yuracheck do not hire
I would not recommend this lawyer, He does not return phone calls, He does not return emails. He will not return your money Do not hire this lawyer I had so many problems with this attorney Do not pay in advance
Nobody ever wants to see criticism like this, especially when the author fails to spell your name correctly.
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Yuracheck is quite obviously a talented lawyer based on the quality of his postings on Avvo."
"Mark and I represented co-defendants in US v Ansaldi during trial on on appeal. (this case is described in my Avvo Profile.) Since that time, we have worked together representing several clients. Mark's work has always been of the highest caliber. I look forward to working with him in the future."
