I appreciated Brink's patience with me in handling my case during our time of grief. I speak of his patience because during this ordeal it was difficult for me to process a lot of the information being presented to me. Brink was always available to update and repeat information, with patience, every ...time I called. If ever he was unavailable he would make it a point to get back to me in a short amount of time.
