An AMAZING attorney

My experience with Regina was phenomenal from the start. She is a consummate professional, and very knowledgeable in my case of wrongful termination. I'm very particular about strong communication, and operating in excellence, and Regina delivered that in our interaction consistently. My case was ...very stressful with a lot of high emotions for me in trying get this handled properly. Any question I had was always addressed, and she made sure I was comfortable always in the direction that we were going. It was important to me that I felt a great connection with whatever attorney I was going to go with, and she made it very easy to connect with her. If you are in need of a excellent, professional, and highly experienced attorney, you can stop your search because Regina Molden is the right choice!

Although my case was not a huge case, Attorney Molden gave her expertise, support and quick resolution to the case as if it were worth billions. I would recommend Att...orney Molden to all my family, friends and associates going forward.

Accomplished, Educated and Best Proficient Attorney

I spent weeks researching and speaking with several attorneys before finding the right firm with whom I felt comfortable. Attorney Molden's firm surpassed all of my fears and expectations as I not only knew after my case completed I had hired the best attorney to represent my emploment concerns but ...she also had the most efficient office staff. Attorney Molden listened, research and litigated my case in a way which made the outcome desirable for me. She provided honest and valuable feedback which allowed me to move forward with the best useful and accurate information. This also enabled my case to resolve very quickly ....in fact within as little as six months. I recommmended Attorney Molden to a friend prior to the completion of my case as I was overwhelmed with her step by step analysis of what I could expect. She provided unprompted updates and re-assurance every step of the way. This was vey comforting. If you're looking for a skilled, proficient, and accomplished labor attorney- don't look any further.

Glad I Chose Representation 200 Miles Away!!!!

I am in a super small rural town in South Georgia, and the "Good 'Ole Boy System" rules the legal system in this area. When I was done wrong by a former employer, I knew that consulting an attorney locally would absolutely pointless, so I began researching employment attorney's in larger metropolit...an areas nearby. I came across Regina's firm, and I couldn't find anything but outstanding reviews! After speaking with her one time, I knew she was the one. Unfortunately, my EEOC case drug on for a very long time because the defendant and their attorney were super stubborn. However, we eventually settled outside of court. We fought my case over a year before I actually met her in person, but when I finally met her, she was just as beautiful on that outside as she is in pictures, and as beautiful on the inside as she treated me on the phone and through email. Regina was like a big sister right by my side, and ready to stand up to any bully who messed with with her little sister. She was very passionate about my situation the entire time. She is truly a die hard fighter for people who are mistreated in the workplace due to her past personal experiences. She is definitely the type of attorney you want fighting for you because she has been in your shoes. I've never in my life had anyone stand up for me the way she did. During some very nasty depositions when the opposing attorney started badmouthing my step-children (who were obsolete to the case), I got extremely upset because they were berating my family for no reason. Regina stopped the deposition and took the opposing attorney to another room to discuss the things that were said. I could honestly feel Regina hurting inside for me because she is a mother and step-mother also. I've never felt so protected by another human being in my life!!! Needless to say, if you feel like you have been done wrong in the workplace, don't hesitate to contact her! She will be straight up and tell you that you don't have a case if you don't. But if you do, your employer/former employer better watch out, cause it's game on!! This woman is absolutely amazing!!

Above and beyond expectations

I consulted with Ms. Molden on March 31st about a situation I had with my former employer. I have no legal experience and had no idea where to begin. She was professional and answered every one of my questions with confidence. After speaking with Ms. Molden, I contracted her services. She told me dur...ing the consultation that she would handle everything and that the case would be settled quickly. I hung up the phone with the hope that she was right but let's be honest here, how many attorneys handle anything quickly? Over the next 2 months (literally 2 months) she contacted me frequently about updates on my case. The few times I had to contact her were very pleasant. She was easy to reach via email and phone and her office staff is bar none. She understood and respected all of my requests pertaining to the case and I could tell from the progress the case was making that she knew exactly what to do and when to do it. I was even more satisfied that I had chosen Ms. Molden when the other party's attorney looked into Ms. Molden's professional history and discovered her success rate with cases like mine which contributed to them wanting to settle outside of court. My case involved action against my former employer, who was a part of a large corporation, for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and sexual discrimination. A few legal forms, emails and phone calls later, my case settled out of court for $80,000.00. The case didn't even have the chance to go to mediation and I attribute 100% of the results to Ms. Molden's expertise. 10/10 would hire again. There was no downside to my experience with Ms. Molden. I highly recommend her and her office staff.
