Arnett William Mumford III

Arnett W. Mumford, III serves as Of Counsel to the Molden Law Firm, LLC. His areas of practice include labor and employment, complex civil litigation, and family law.

Arnett earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the Molden Law Firm, LLC he practiced at Jones and Associates where he specialized in criminal law, civil litigation, and family law. During his years of practice, Arnett has represented private individuals, small business, corporations, and domestic and international non-profits.

While in law school, Arnett served as Law Clerk to the National Football League Management Council, he served as a certified legal intern at the Miami Public Defenders Office, he served as a Law Clerk at Greenberg Trauig, and he served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Victoria Platzer of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Arnett is an Atlanta native, and a dedicated community servant. Arnett currently serves on the Executive Board of the Atlanta Area Council Boy Scouts of America. Arnett serves as the District Chairman of Southwest Atlanta District Scouting. Arnett serves as the Advisory Board Chairman of the Atlanta chapter of New Leaders Counsel, a national Leadership Organization. Arnett serves on the advisory board of Focal Point Global, an international education nonprofit currently serving children and operating in four countries on two continents. Arnett is a former board member of the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals where he served as Parliamentarian.

Arnett is admitted to practice before all state courts in the State of Georgia and the State of Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court.
