cold hearted

vile and cold- hearted. do not recommend for anything. Does not listen very well. She needs another line of work.

Do not recommend

I was recommended to her but if you have never had an attorney, don't let her be your first. She is impossible to reach - like you will not get an email back (which she prefers over calls/texts). She is overly busy which makes her come off to clients as very cold. She talks to you like a child/dumb w...hen answering questions at times as well.

Terrible human

Try to use her status to get special treatment. Stated that she was happy that my child had passed away. I do not recommend to no one !

Disheartening

I attended Dekalb County court for a civil matter. I rose my hand to ask a question during a break and the marshal motioned for me to ask my question. Judge Joyce Neal was unaware that the marshal told me to ask my question and then humiliated me ranting about how it is improper to shout out and in...sinuated that I was ignorant. She also stated that she was getting agitated because she had been at work for 8 hours straight during her rant. When it was time for my case I said for clarity your Marshall told me to ask my question and that it was disheartening that she would insinuate that I was ignorant. I was expecting an apology but instead she humiliated me further saying that I was speaking too loudly and asked me if I like to be in a holding cell. She mocked me and belittled me further by saying use your inside voice. This was extremely cowardly as of course I could not reply. I was speaking extremely calm and kind and did nothing wrong. I can’t believe that judges can conduct themselves this way.

Horrible Attorney

Horrible jurist. Incompetence at it's highest levels. She seemed puzzled when questioned about legal approaches. She is arrogant and lacks humility. Her comments and responses tend to reflect her lack of judicial skills and ability. She's a stain on the judicial system.
