I understand that the courtroom is sometimes an intimidating place for someone who is not an attorney. As an attorney, it is my responsibility to make sure my client always understands what is going on in the courtroom and that the judge and/or jury hears my client's side of the story. I am a zealous advocate for each client and I do not rest until I get the best possible result in each case. I have been doing exactly that in the courtrooms of Georgia since 2007, when I began my career at the Dekalb County Public Defender's Office. I started out in intake and worked my way up, handling every possible misdemeanor and felony, including murder. I represented both adults and juveniles and was assigned to a few unique courtrooms, including Drug Court, the Anti-Recidivism Court, and the Homeless Diversion Pilot Initiative. Along the way, I supervised junior attorneys and conducted DUI trial tactics training for colleagues. In 2012, I achieved the highest dismissal rate in my office for misdemeanor cases. In 2016, I opened my own firm and began helping clients on post-conviction matters. In that arena, I file sentence modifications, early parole requests, modifications of probation, and writs of habeas corpus, to name a few. I am passionate about achieving results for my clients and insuring that they and their family members understand the process, every step of the way. I also still accept criminal defense matters at the trial level in Coweta and surrounding counties.* I work with the National Incarceration Association (NIA) in a pro bono capacity to advocate for criminal justice reform. Part of my role on their board of directors is to educate and support family members of the incarcerated. I love what I do and would enjoy hearing from anyone I might be able to help.

I HAD a LENGTHY SENTENCE, I hired Miss Mann and she did her due diligence from day ONE by driving hours to have a face to face conversation with me, Miss Mann took the information that was given and aggressively put together a defensive plan. Miss Mann was very informative by way of setting up confer...

Hired her and from day one she forgot scheduled conference calls, was a "no-show" at others, and was altogether not there for someone who claims to be an experienced and high-profile attorney.

Gave her $14,000.00 (upfront) nearly a year ago and she has not done one thing to aid us. Avoids us at every turn. Dishonest.
