Do NOT Hire

I hire Joyce Neal for a personal injury case. BIG regret. She never ever returns calls, filed my paperwork months after she said she did and was rude and short when I came in for a meeting. She looks tired and overworked (I guess) because she certainly didnt have energy for my case.
