Educator & Coach

Allen represented me as I was accused of breaking the educator code of ethics. The PSC is difficult to deal with but Allen has experience and has dealt with both sides of the law for the PSC and now defends clients against them. His knowledge of how that system works makes him so valuable. Allen’s h...ard work and dedication lead to victory in my case against the PSC. Allen is a hard working attorney who works his tail off for his clients. He’s not a 9-5 attorney he works around the clock and will come to you and work with your schedule. Great communication keeping you up to date with what is happening with your case. Allen is a down to Earth guy easy to talk to and makes the legal side of things understandable. Thanks Allen for everything.

Professional

I was referred to Allen via Professional Association of Georgia Educators. After reviewing the circumstance in which I was referred, Allen assumed me that everything would work out in my favor. Allen is very well versed in the realm of Federal Education Law. That reality was proven once my issue was... dismissed & expunged!

Great representation

Allen represented me in a very bizarre case that seemed to be insurmountable. However, we worked as a team to gain a huge victory. I highly recommend him for any educational concerns.

Super Administrative Lawyer

Mr. Lightcap fought aggressively, and we won a very complex case against the PSC. He's very knowledgeable and confident when dealing with my administrative law case. I would recommend him to anyone.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I strongly endorse Allen Lightcap for his outstanding expertise in government law and litigation. We have been opposing counsel in several Georgia professional licensing cases. Allen is unfailingly professional, thoughtful, fair, and analytic about each case. While attentive to, and persuasive on, all factual details and potential legal arguments in a case, he never loses sight of either his clients’ interests or the rights of the accused—he always seeks to do justice that is right for both the individual and for the public good."
