Representation Well Done!!!

I would recommend this firm to anyone. Suggestion from the defense team was not like the usual take a plea or short time to get out of the situation. No, this team went in with, "We will fight for immunity, then a trial if needed". But guess what? No trial, no extra fees, IMMUNITY!!!! Praise God. The...y give you the confidence that they are covering every angle. The firm works with your financial challenges. I am grateful for all they have done for us. Thank you for not settling for probation, plea deal, or prosecution "takeover". Thank you. I have already recommended you to others.

Great business

Would recommend anyone to do business with this firm. I’m a single father of 3 and she was able to help me strategically get sole custody of them all. Now I can feel more secure in parenting my kids.

A professional til the end

Attorney Foater was my attorney theough a very difficult divorce. She was not only thorough and helpful through an extremely difficult time, she made sure I was safe and aware of my rights. I recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for counsel.
