Lolita was my attorney through my divorce and acted as if she represented my ex husband, with his best interests in mind. I had to fight with her to not let my ex husband get money from the sale of my house, even when he agreed to take nothing. I had to fight her to get the child support amount above... $200 for both kids, because she wanted to just take his word for how much money he made, instead of checking pay stubs. I’m not sure where any of the good reviews came from because I also came across several others who also had issues.

I hired Lolita to represent my CS and custody case and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Throughout the case I remained well informed on the progress, I received emails regularly and I felt comfortable communicating with Lolita and her team in events where I had questions or comments. We handled... the entire case including the hearings virtually due to the pandemic and court closures, which I was initially very nervous about but in the end I did not feel that the virtual process was any less efficient than face to face. I will say that Lolita is very straight forward, I met with a few other attorneys before retaining and from my first conversation with Lolita I noticed a difference.
