Best attorney in Atlanta!

I was arrested for traficking drugs and a friend of mine told me to contact attorney Foster. At first I did not even contact this attorney because my friend told me that she represented him on a divorce. Even though he told me she did criminal too since my charges were so serious I did not want a d...ivorce attorney representing me. I hired another lawyer who took my money and did nothing. The two other people I was charged with took pleas and my lawyer told me that I should take a plea because my situation was worse than theirs because I was the driver. I was going to take the plea but something told me to talk to attorney lawyer first. So I finally met with attorney Foster and that was the best thing I could have ever done! From the time I met her I knew she was the real deal! I fired my other lawyer and paid her on the spot after talking to her. We went to court and she got all of the drug charges thrown out! I had another charge that was left when the drugs were thrown out and the State offered me probation. I wanted to take it because I was so happy to not be facing time but attorney Foster told me not to take it! She wanted to get everything dismissed. Even though I just wanted to be done I trusted her because I already seen how good she was. And guess what, she called the States bluff and they ended up dismissing everything! I could have been doing time if something didn't tell me to call attorney Foster! Don't make the same mistake I almost did! Call attorney Foster and hire her! She is the best attorney if Atlanta hands down! Thank you again attorney Foster you are the best!

Great Experience

Attorney Chinwe N. Foster Represented me on a case involving the suspension of my driver's license. A case that was 10 years old. She went the extra mile, both literally and physically. I say physically because she drove two hours outside of Atlanta to represent me. Her fee was very than reasonable... and her knowledge and preparation was up to the task. She challenged the judge on questionable rulings - and won. She was confident in her abilities and she always found time to allow me the opportunity to express my concerns. It was a pleasure to work with her, and that's not something usually said about client-lawyer relationships.

The conclusion

She was very informative and very thorough throughout the whole process . She put my mind at ease during my divorce. If you’re looking for a great attorney I strongly suggest attorney Chinwe Foster.

Knowledgeable and aggressive attorney!

Atty. Foster was retained for a civil business matter with a potentially criminal element. She researched the law and provided me with a couple of great options to move the case forward. After deciding our next steps, Atty. Foster was proactive in defending me and my business interests against th...e opposing party. Her communication to the defendant was thorough and showed that her firm will stand in the gap for all of its clients. Our case went to mediation on the day of court. Because she was familiar with this process, Foster advised me on site of our best options. In the mediation, she continued to ask tough questions of both the defendant and the mediator. In the end, the ruling was in our favor because Atty. Foster clearly laid out my case and urged immediate accountability from the opposing party. She never backed down or strayed from her strategy in defending my rights as a business owner. This was my first time securing an attorney for a matter directly involving my affairs. Atty. Foster continually kept me in the loop with phone calls, email threads, and court correspondence. Because of her aggressive and well-informed strategy, I plan to retain Atty. Foster for any future legal needs I have in the state of Georgia. As a business owner, I reward professionalism and quality work in others like Atty. Foster.
