Above the Call of Duty!

Attorney Foster came into my case a day before my hearing as I didnt think I had pulled enough resources to even hire a lawyer. We met that evening and prepared for court and all the challenges it brings. Attorney Foster's performance and knowledge in the courtroom were astonishing. Not only did she ...prevent my arrest for alleged child support arrearages, my support was lowered to a realistic payment amount. She also fought hard for my rights and I now have overnight visits with my children while the other party wanted supervised visits! All in all she went above the call of duty and really cared about the outcome of my case. I will never look elsewhere when it comes to family law!!! Thank you so much!

Extremely Knowledgeable Attorney that cares about the case.

I needed a lawyer to handle my legitimization and I am very glad I called Attorney Foster. She explained my rights, with honesty and straight forward advice and knew the best options my children and me. No more of that nonsense from my kid's mother after retaining Ms. Foster. I am so glad I chose ...Ms. Foster instead of some of these lawyers just looking to get a check. Now I have a Real Lawyer!

Knowledgeable and aggressive attorney!

Atty. Foster was retained for a civil business matter with a potentially criminal element. She researched the law and provided me with a couple of great options to move the case forward. After deciding our next steps, Atty. Foster was proactive in defending me and my business interests against th...e opposing party. Her communication to the defendant was thorough and showed that her firm will stand in the gap for all of its clients. Our case went to mediation on the day of court. Because she was familiar with this process, Foster advised me on site of our best options. In the mediation, she continued to ask tough questions of both the defendant and the mediator. In the end, the ruling was in our favor because Atty. Foster clearly laid out my case and urged immediate accountability from the opposing party. She never backed down or strayed from her strategy in defending my rights as a business owner. This was my first time securing an attorney for a matter directly involving my affairs. Atty. Foster continually kept me in the loop with phone calls, email threads, and court correspondence. Because of her aggressive and well-informed strategy, I plan to retain Atty. Foster for any future legal needs I have in the state of Georgia. As a business owner, I reward professionalism and quality work in others like Atty. Foster. I have already recommended her, with success, to others I know.

Professional, sharp, realistic and a "can do" attorney like no other...

My child custody case is complicated, required lots of clarification. she was able to determine the best approach to every situation I had, in a timely manner, with good communication. So far I am extremely satisfied with her work. she didn't leave any detail out and was able to bring the truth to t...he judge in a perfect order. Great Lawyer very direct and to the point

Miss Foster is a very prepared lawyer that knows the family law of Georgia very well. As soon as i contacted Miss Foster she was very informative on the steps we needed to take to get my case solved in a quick and productive manner.
