Best Attorney In Atlanta GA

My 15 year old was facing three felonies and one misdemeanor in Fulton county. The charges were as followed: Aggravated Assault upon a peace officer; Theft by receiving stolen property; possession of firearm during commission of a felony; willful obstruction of law enforcement officer. I had another... lawyer for one year and two months until he decided to ask my daughter to take first offender and seven years probation. This was another sign I needed to get another lawyer. I hired Ms.. Foster in 8/2019 and she and had my daughter case transferred to juvenile out of superior court , my daughter was released from juvenile which she had been there since 2/2019 and all felonies dropped and she pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor. Case closed on 1/15/2020 with no probation just CLOSED! Attorney Foster did all this for use within 6 months. She is a SUPER STAR , very professionally and she always returned phones and emails. Any questions I had she would answer and explain so I could understand. Attorney Foster saved my daughters life and mine. When I was beginning to lose hope she restored it for me with her honesty and loving personality. I would recommend her to anyone that is having any legal issues. Her payment plan is very affordable so it was not a burden on me to all have all the money at once. I pray I never need legal assistance but if I do she is going to forever be in my contacts. Thank you for everything you have done for my family. There are no words to express my gratitude for what you have done for us! I would prefer to EVERYONE!

Very Impressive!

I had the pleasure of retaining the services of Chinwe Foster's regarding my divorce proceedings. I found her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable which made this very stressful time a lot less stressful. Attorney Foster provided Great representation for my case. She was very informative every step of the way. I have never been through court proceeding before and Attorney Foster made me feel at ease thought out the entire process. Excellent

I was nervous when first contacting this attorney for a civil matter because I was already represented by another attorney that took my money and did nothing on my case. Attorney foster met with me and addressed all my concerns calmly and professionally. Her price was fair and she detailed everythin...g in our contract. She is busy but when you call if she doesn't answer she will usually call you back within 24 hours and/ or follow up with an email. Any questions or concerns I had she listened to me and explained everything where I understood fully. She came prepared to court and although I was a nervous wreck she handled the matter with poise and dignity.

Because of you my son has a second chance at life..

My son was facing life in prison For A MURDER that he did not commit and this attorney faught long and hard for my child everything she said she was going to do she did she gave us no false hope and she never sugar coated his ordeal she never said it was going to be easy but she kept us optimistic a...bout his situation...I had hope still because of her honesty and diligence to fight on my sons case..And for that i could never repay...I prayed for him night and day not knowing what the outcome would be but what I did know is that he had an attorney that was 100% in his corner that listened to him and believed in his innocence and with that she began to fight for him and for that i can never repay her he has a second chance at life..ACQUITTED of all CHARGES because of this attorney MAY THE LORD FOREVER BLESS YOU..
