Amazing Attorney!!!
I can't say enough about Susan as an attorney! She is thorough and knowledgeable in many areas of law. She helped my family through a very ROUGH custody modification. When something happens that needs immediate action in the judicial system, she acts quickly and thoroughly. Not only did she repres...

Fabulous attorney
Susan Brown represented me recently is a family law case. My case wasn’t difficult but the opposing party was quite difficult. She represented me well but more importantly, she represented my minor child well. She protected his best Interest legally when I wasn’t sure exactly what ”that” looked like....

When shopping around for a contempt of court case, a mutual Friend suggested Susan Brown. I read the reviews online and was skeptical, but my friend assured me that she would fight for me and do a great job. When I told Susan I didn't have any money left after my divorce she said that she only charge...
When hired by Ms Lindsey, I took a retainer of $2000, the rest of the fee was for court costs. I only charged this because she was a friend of a friend and she was already complaining about her prior lawyers fees charged. I told her at that time that she would not have to pay me anything more directly and that I would attempt to collect any additional fees from her husband. The contract she signed states she is liable for her entire bill. On our court date, this was a very convoluted contempt involving valuations of personal and business assets, her ex husband agreed to pay a certain sum towards her outstanding bill. As I promised, she never paid any additional fees to my firm than the original amount. I instructed my staff not to collect the remains balance from her, as I stated I would do due to our mutual friend. Now Ms Lindsey is attempting to recover the fees paid towards her bill from her ex-husband which was never our agreement.

Her experience and knowledge shows!
I’ve used Susan for several legal issues and could not be more pleased. She is thorough, quick (as she can be with holdups beyond her control) and makes sure clients know what’s going on and why. She may not sugar-coat, but I prefer to have my info based upon reality and what legal standards allow...

Excellent Attorney
Susan represented me in a nasty divorce that lasted 2 years, because my ex-husband kept refusing to sign the papers. She fought for me the entire time, never backing down. She made sure that I knew exactly what was going on at all times and also made sure that I understood everything that was going o...
"I am a fellow local attorney here in Fayette County who practices family law and criminal defense. When I needed an attorney to help with my own personal divorce, I got Susan. We lawyers spend hours and hours in court waiting our turn and watching other lawyers do their thing. I've seen Susan in action and this woman knows her stuff. She has a top notch handle on the laws concerning family law. She is not afraid to take on certain male attorneys that try to intimidate or bully her. She sticks up for her clients, knows the law and works hard to get the best results. What more could you want?"
