Let me start off saying, if you need a criminal defense lawyer, CALL STACEY immediately. If you even 'think' you 'might' need a lawyer, CALL STACEY. Reasons why, my case was bad. I mean baaaaad. I made a mistake and talked too much with police. When I hired her, there was no hope. I was sure going to prison. The District Attorney's office made it very clear they wanted to go to trial, they swore they had a solid case. When I meet with her, she went over everything and immediately went to get the discovery and all information the state had. Stacey fought for me. She fought hard, she fought smart and she didnt back down from anyone. I was scared before I hired her but after I did, she took all the stress & pressure off of me. I trusted her with my life. After being charged with a simple assault that I didn't do to my former neighbor, the prosecutor decided to raise the charges from a misdemeanor to a felony. Being uneducated with the legal system, that's when I decided to go on the internet and do some research and found Ms Flynn on AVVO. I liked what I read about her profile and made the decision to hire her as my defense attorney. Throughout the years of dealing with this issue, I felt that the courts was trying to prolong the case to wear me down just so I could plead guilty to a crime that I didn't commit. Although I was nervous about losing the case, that's when Ms Flynn decided to allow her experience as well as her expertise resolve the issue that's been holding over my head for some time. On the final court date, Ms Flynn comforted me by standing up in front of the judge, letting him know that the information that was given to him by the prosecutor was indeed false and the charges should be dismissed. After hearing more misleading information by the prosecutor, that's when the judge decided to agree with Ms Flynn and dismiss the charges. I would like to say thank you to Ms Flynn and her paralegal Mrs. Michelle for getting me thru this and not giving up on my case.

We hired Stacey to help my 16 year old daughter who got herself into some trouble. I will only recommend Stacey for any legal needs. After over a year of hearing nothing on a case the public defender was pushing for a 10 year sentence and to do a full 3 years in prison! Never even showing me any of the discovery. That’s when we called Stacey. We met with Stacey on Friday, went to court Monday and started trial Wednesday. With no time at all she was able to get it dismissed with prejudice. She is aggressive, reassuring, and most important knowledgeable. She knows the law, what’s important, fights for her clients, and never backs down. I can truly say she seeks justice and is an exemplary attorney. It was an honor to watch and have her in the courtroom.

I highly recommend Stacey. She knows the law and the people to talk with to get results. She was able to have a stop sign violation (which would have caused me to lose my probationary license) to a warning. The best possible outcome. I just wish I had her representing me on my previous DUI cases. She is excellent, fair and cares. She even reduced my fee because my case required less time than she originally anticipated.

Even though my case was just a dog altercation, Stacey treated it like it was the most important case she's ever handled. She even called 3 witnesses!
