Susan jumped in at the last minute to help with my divorce so I wouldn't have to negotiate with my now ex husbands attoeney. She knows the law Y'all. She just does. She knows how to draft a settlement agreement that has the proper language in it to protect you if anything goes wrong later down the ro...ad. She not only helped me, she protected me. I am baffled regarding some of the poor reviews written about this lawyer. I retained Susan to represent me in two separate and complex child custody actions. I have utilized multiple attorneys in the past and by far Susan has been the best. She is quite easy to get in contact with, quick to respond ...and knows her stuff. I walked into a hearing thinking the worst and Susan was able to turn my temporary hearing around in my favor when I should have been a sinking ship. She is not afraid to go to bat for you and is not only a zealous advocate but an amazing courtroom litigator. If you want to complain that your lawyer doesn't call you or email you everyday, maybe you should consider she's actually saving you money instead of billing you to respond to something not important. I hired Susan for a highly contested divorce and custody case. I was told by other lawyers consulted that the husband does not get custody. After discussing my case with Susan, she assured me that is not the case. Throughout the entire case she kept me informed and educated me on the divorce process...s.
