July 8th I requested Torie to re-open my petition to obtain conservatorship for my 75 year old wife. We have been married 45 years and everything we have is jointly owned. As of September 18th All documents she requested have been signed, notarized and sent to her. I have requested an update numerou...s times but she will not answer texts or e-mails and will not return my phone calls. This has become more urgent because a good friend and my wife's and co-worker passed away 3/12. She named my wife as the beneficiary of her life insurance. I am her court appointed legal guardian but I can't claim the life insurance for my wife because I am not the conservator. I have received at least half dozen letters from the life insurance company. This needs to be resolved quickly but I feel I am getting very poor service from Torie Allen. I feel the least she could do is hand the matter over to a competent attorney.
