Vendicated of Malice Murder

25 years

I was facing 25+ years in prison charges for a crime I didn't commit. I was 17 when I found out bout the charges and had to no money for a private attorney so I had a public defender. I heard rumors about they just try to plead your case out that they don't really care or take time to look at your case. I was give charle cauble as my defender and from day one he was great he was the opposite of what I had heard about public defenders. He took my case got information from me got investigators looking into everything I told him and other people. The case went on for a little over 2 years. At the end of it all the DA dropped the charges due to a hearsay hearing we had that went in our favor. I went from facing 25 plus years to complete freedom because of mr cauble. He went above and beyond what I expended a public defender to do and got me cleared of charges. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Vendicated of Malice Murder

Charles Cauble is dedicated, dependable and I trusted him base on his honesty from the beginning. Charles displayed real concern for me and my family at all times, he responded to my situation as if his freedom was on the line. He was well prepared and knowledgeable of the law and my situation. Definitely deserves more stars

The days after my DUI left me hopeless and ashamed. The day I chose Mr. Cauble changed that. While being totally professional and knowledgeable, he understood my situation and provided me hope and reassurance. The current pandemic made the logistics difficult but that did not deter Mr. Cauble & his Firm from keeping me informed of the progress of my case and where things stood with the prosecutor. His advise throughout was spot on and by following it, ultimately the charges of DUI and open container were lessened and the fine greatly reduced. I consider Mr. Cauble not only a skilled and talented attorney, but a caring and compassionate person. He was more than helpful in guiding me through the legal issues and the emotional aspects as well. Mr. Cauble is a credit to his profession and community. I am grateful for him being my advocate. Such a Passionate Attorney

We were referred to Charlie by another amazing attorney, and we were so incredibly happy and thankful for our decision. Charlie put so much heart and passion into our family's case. He really cares about what he does, not only as an attorney, but as an advocate for those that need to get their truth out there and innocence proven. Our family was a lot to deal with and we never felt like it was too much for him to handle. He answered our calls, texts and emails without hesitation and was honest and real with us. Three Felonies

IF WE COULD GIVE CHARLIE 10 STARS WE WOULD!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING LAWYER! We had three felonies we were dealing with..THREE. Charlie was able to get the result we needed which was an absolute DISMISSAL. He worked hard and went into the situation blindly not knowing what he was getting himself into and he did it!!! Communication was always there and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He truly puts his heart into the situation, and will advocate for you until the very end! Excellent Lawyer - The Best in West GA

Mr. Cauble was wonderful. From the beginning he was always available for us to talk to via cell phone at any time and he never acted like we never bothered him and he acted as though our questions were as important to him as they were us. He kept us informed and always answered our questions. My wife and I were facing serious charges (2nd degree felony) that we were completely innocent of and he believed us without a doubt. He knew we were innocent also so he was willing to fight as hard as he could to make sure we were found innocent. Due to him continuing to put pressure on the prosecutor and D.A. and knowing their lack of evidence, the charges were dropped completely. Without him and his knowledge and persistence, we would have never had the results we did. Definitely hire him and put your trust in him and let your anxieties dissipate as you know the best handling your case.

He is a BEAST

Charles Cauble handled multiple issues for me on the criminal level. Every issue had the best outcome. He was always available and answered any question I had. I highly recommend him for any issue that may come up.

AMAZING!!!

Our family faced a legal issue that could have changed our son's life FOREVER. I called Mr. Cauble and within hours he had started work on making sure that our son was not only represented but protected. From the beginning of my son's case to the end Mr. Cauble fought to make sure that his rights were protected and he was not forced into making any choices that could ruin his future. Charlie fought for my son as if he was his own. Charlie got a result that even the Judge was impressed with and said so in open court! The best lawyer Georgia has to offer!

I was and still am a client of Charles Cauble, I was arrested for a violation of probation for the third time, and I was facing a long time in DOC. I hired Mr. Cauble and he emidatly came to see me while I was in jail to review my case as well as my options. I liked that he told me about Veterans court and how the program could help me, a month later we were in court and was placed in the veterans court program for 18 months. Because of his great advice and expertise I am now doing better in my life than ever before, I am truly happy I chose to retain Mr. Cauble's service. A great lawyer...a great experience!

I will always be grateful that a friend recommended Charles Cauble to me. My case was complicated. I faced a long jail term. But with Mr. Caubles able assistance, the legal maze was straightened out.
