Biography
Stacey Flynn graduated in 2004 from Georgia State University College of Law with the goal from the start to work at the Public Defenders office in Fayette County. Before she was even sworn in for a year, Stacey secured a not guilty verdict in a double murder trial. This was the first, and one of only two, Not Guilty verdicts for murder in over forty years in Fayette County. Stacey hasn't slowed down yet, continuing to win cases and break records across twenty years of practicing criminal defense. In 2021, Stacey decided to finally try her hand at personal injury law with the same level of intensity and dedication as her criminal cases.
From the start, Stacey and her support staff have set a high standard for treating clients with respect, dignity and zero judgment. We understand how devastating criminal charges can be to every area of your life. Too often, we see attorneys who work on volume rather than qulity so they talk a big game to get hired, and then convince the client to enter a guilty plea without even filing a single motion. We are not plea lawyers! We will develop a strategy in each criminal case to do everything possible to get the best outcome for the client. Our goal is, when the case is closed, you will be satisfied that your attorney did everything they possibly could to help you regain your life with as little lasting damage as possible.

Great Attorney
I highly recommend Stacey. She knows the law and the people to talk with to get results. She was able to have a stop sign violation (which would have caused me to lose my probationary license) to a warning. The best possible outcome. I just wish I had her representing me on my previous DUI cases....
