Just read the review! This is the lawyer for you. Very knowledgable and connected.

My name is Joey. I recently got charged with a DUI and Impedeing traffic. I am from Savannah and was in Atlanta for training ( I work for CHEVROLET) and the time of my arrest. If you are not familiar with GA law, they take DUI VERY SERIOUSLY! I was referred to Mr. Studdard by a family member. He is v...ery well connected as he has been in law for 9 years and was a prior Law enforcement officer for who knows how long. Long story short I got NOT GUILT ON BOTH CHARGES AND IT TOOK THE JURY ONLY 11 MINUTES TO DELIBERATE AFTER TWO POLICE OFFICERS TESTIFIED AGAINST ME! The delberation was so quick that the STATE SOLICITOR GENERAL even started celebrating before the verdict because she thought she had won being that it was so quick. David knows his law and pretty much remained in control the entire trial. Rest assured if you lose your case with him as your Lawyer its because there was absolutely no way you could have won or you yourself screwed it up. I even had a couple of hic-ups while I was being questioned and he quickly cleaned up the possible mess I could have made. He is entertaining and knows how to maintain the mood of the courtroom. My favorite thing is that he is upfront and honest and very good at reading the situation and the chances you have. Being a salesmen myself I can tell he has a knack for controlling the situation. He is fair priced, if I may, even cheap for the quality you will get. He isn't in the business to take your money but to win court cases. He typically works off referrals only. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY DUI LAWYERS who send you mail or advertise on the radio. They are all here to make money and most likely won't even be present at your case. It will be one of there para legals. Most lawyers don't even bother to fight DUI in GA. They will charge you a discounted rate and then do absolutely nothing that you couldn't do your self. They will Tell you to take the so and so plea to "Lessen" the charges which will still end up costing you an arm and a leg on top of there fees. David does a wide variety of cases mainly dealing with DUI, CUSTODY, MURDER, and other CIVIL and CRiMINAL cases. JUST ASK and he will tell you if he can help you or not. GIVE THIS GUY A SHOT AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. The only thing I could say that he might could have done better was inform me a little better but to be honest....it was probably better that way anyways. Knowing to much can cause stress and other factors that could mess with your case. Let him do his thing. THANK YOU MR. STUDDARD! (I don't even want to talk about the crap that would have happened if I had lost this case. Needless to say, the car business hires ANYONE but the one thing they don't play with is DUI)

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I knew David back in the APD days, we worked for the same firm several years ago, and recently we collaborated on a murder case. Any potential client with a case south of Atlanta I refer to David. Oh, the murder case I mentioned above - dismissed, and with his history in the DAs office, he knew every move they were gonna make along the way."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"David used to be a Police Officer and a Prosecutor before becoming a Defense Attorney - so he has the understanding and experience to understand the process from all angles. He is well respected by his fellow attorneys and Judges in the community. He also knows how to relate to police officers and speak their language, which could be very important in a case. You can trust David to fight hard, and protect your interests, if you have him on your side."
