I recently got arrested for the above listed charges. Scott was the first person I called because I knew from others experiences with him, that he was the BEST lawyer for my case. Scott worked vigorously with the prosecutor to get my charges reduced and was successful in doing so. My fines were subst...antially reduced & although I plead guilty to the DUI due to undeniable evidence, Scott was able to have 2/4 charges dismissed and I was able to plead NOLO to the open container. This is turn saved me points on my license, money upfront, and money in the long run with my insurance company. This also reduced my time in jail which I was most thankful for. Scott was very detailed and explained everything to me in layman's terms.. I never once had a question that he did not answer clearly and concisely.
