Incredibly Helpful

I contacted Mr. Thacker needing help with my case earlier this month. He was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. He definitely knows his stuff and a lawyer that you can trust. I would recommend him to any one who may need a lawyer in this area.

Josh Thacker

Honest & Extremely Helpful

The best lawyer in Spalding county and surrounding areas

Josh Thacker is the most reliable, honest, caring lawyer I have ever meet. He will come through when it really matters. Josh does more than just traffic law, he handles all levels of criminal law. My innocent son was accused of a very serious crime that had a consequence of 20 years to life. Josh han...dled everything from beginning to end, needless to say my son was eventually allowed to continue on with his life without inprisonment. Josh W Thacker's entire staff was professional and courteous. He can always make time to see you or speak with you by phone even if he has trial that week. If you need counsel or if your being investigated and haven't been formerly charged you NEED someone like Josh on your side. Mr Thacker is a former assisstant district attorney of Spalding County. He knows what it takes to help you! I found that he won't sugar coat things for you nor will he make things seem as if circumstances are more dire than they really are. He is very levelheaded and real. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that this is the man/lawyer that you need to use no matter who you are. The outcome for my son's case was better than we could have hoped for. Thank you.

Awesome lawyer

Josh answer all my questions when he handeled my case. He takes the time makes sure you know you're rights I would highly recommend him
