Simply the BEST

I got myself stuck in a sticky situation driving someone else's car. I only had to go to court once which is where I met Josh for the first time. He sat WITH me instead of with all the attorneys up in the front and talked to me as an understanding friend rather than an attorney with a full schedule. ...My phone conversations were never cut short and I was always the one to hang up first. And at the end of the day, my case was DISMISSED. My case could have potentially gone to a jury trial, and Josh assured me he was more than ready and I had no reason to worry about those implications. I don't know where I would be today, possibly jail, if I never hired Josh and his team. He is by far the most professional person I have ever met in this field and while I hope to never have legal troubles such as this again, I will certainly not hesitate to call him or his firm the moment I need them. I can't thank you guys enough!

Thankfull for His Team

After being wrongfully accused of a crime, I decided to consult an attorney before talking to investigators. After Talking to Josh and his team, I felt comfortable in hiring him to do a pre-warrant investigation on my behalf and to present evidence to the investigators in hopes of stopping any warran...ts from being taken. Josh and his team did a very good job at gathering the information needed and presenting it to investigators. Josh and his team laid out the steps, collected evidence, and presented the case to investigators and was successfull in getting the case closed with no charges being made. They did all of this while explaining the steps and keeping me calm the whole time. Me and my family are very gratefull for their trust and hard work in resolving this unfortunate issue for me and my family.

Help with speedingn ticket

Josh was extremely helpful in our time of need. When my son needed help with a super speeding ticket we were lucky I found josh to help as we were from out of town. Josh was able to negotiate with the courts for a plea that was fare for my son and satisfied the court needs. I feel if we had not had ...counsel this would not have gone well. Josh staff are very professional and caring , they checked in regularly by phone and email so we new where the case was heading. I would recommend Josh for any of your attorney needs,

Above and Beyond Expectations

Here's the gist of it: Josh was my lawyer, but he became my friend. He quickly earned my trust with his candor, competence, diligence, availability, and preparedness. Every time I met with him, his meticulously outlined research, discussion topics, and ready answers to my questions showed he was sev...eral steps ahead of the case's current progress. While every attorney must stipulate that no guarantees can be made in law, I'd venture that Josh is as close to a guaranteed positive case outcome as you can get. I came to him with a problem that, as far as I was concerned, had destroyed my life. Josh gave me that life back: All my charges were dismissed, and my record of arrest was expunged. Five stars falls short of what that means to me, so I'll just say HIRE HIM if you can!

The best lawyer in Spalding county and surrounding areas

Josh Thacker is the most reliable, honest, caring lawyer I have ever meet. He will come through when it really matters. Josh does more than just traffic law, he handles all levels of criminal law. My innocent son was accused of a very serious crime that had a consequence of 20 years to life. Josh han...dled everything from beginning to end, needless to say my son was eventually allowed to continue on with his life without inprisonment. Josh W Thacker's entire staff was professional and courteous. He can always make time to see you or speak with you by phone even if he has trial that week. If you need counsel or if your being investigated and haven't been formerly charged you NEED someone like Josh on your side. Mr Thacker is a former assisstant district attorney of Spalding County. He knows what it takes to help you! I found that he won't sugar coat things for you nor will he make things seem as if circumstances are more dire than they really are. He is very levelheaded and real. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that this is the man/lawyer that you need to use no matter who you are. The outcome for my son's case was better than we could have hoped for. Thank you.
