Great Attorney!!

I used Josh to resolve my speeding tickets and he was great! He was able to get one of them completely dropped, and the other four were dropped below 14 over the limit, so that no points are on my record. I have also recommended him to friends for everything from drug charges to DUIs, He does gre...at work and, his paralegal, Bridgette is amazing. He is organized and runs a great office. I know this from the perspective of a client and as a person who has been in the legal field since2008.

The best of the best.

Josh took care of me for about 6 months in 2013 and 2014. He dealt with two completely different cases, one for invalid registration and suspended license, and one for a second dui in five years. He got the former case completely removed from the record and the latter case plead out with the lowest r...equirements possible. I could not ask for a more informative and up to speed attorney. He knew all the laws and all of the risks. He gave great advice and led me to a successful probation and turnaround. If you go to anyone else in spalding county for legal representation you are completely crazy. He is the best of the best!

Fantastic result in a tricky case.

I got caught up in a one car accident in Henry County, and received a DUI-Drugs citation. Through Josh's personal attention , he was somehow able to persuade that I was simply taking medication as prescribed, and the Solicitor dropped the case. Outstanding effort - Josh and his team showed a genui...ne attention for my case, and it worked out well for me.

Best attorney ever

Josh and his staff are, without a doubt, the best in the Spalding, Pike, Lamar, Upson area. I was arrested for DUI less safe on New Years Eve of 2012. Not only did he have compassion and understanding for me, but also he was able to have all of my charges dropped. He kept me in the loop on all of... the correspondence between the court and law enforcement the entire time, and in the end, I could not have weathered the storm alone. Josh is reasonably priced. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the time came- I would call him without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Having him as a lawyer made a really terrible experience a little better.

I live outside of the country and was coming back to visit family for two weeks. Which also turned into seeing old friends, drinks, and me driving (like an idiot). The country I live in makes drinking and walking/subway/taxi possible-as in it's the only choice I ever have. Anyways, when I got pulled ...over, arrested, and charged with a DUI you can only imagine the state of panic I was in. Not only was I worried my future, but also about the ability to leave America and return to where I lived, had a job, and a fiance. My dad had moved while I was living outside of the US and I had no clue about the town he lived in. We just happened to walk into Mr. Thacker's office after calling lawyers in the area. They offered us a consultation and I was desperate to hear any news as soon as possible. His assistant was extremely informative and told us basically what would happen. We decided to hire him to represent me. He also made it possible for me to get back to my life outside of America. I was instructed to stay a few extra weeks and do what would be necessary to do once I was appointed guilty of the DUI by the court. When I left America both, Josh Thacker and his assistant, would respond to questions I had by email in excellent timing. Usually that night (for me being 13 hours ahead) and at most a day or two. When coming back to the states he saw me the day after I returned. He was extremely informative about what would happen, honest, and very reassuring. This was a huge help to me because I'm one of those people who expects the absolute worst to happen (in this case, me being thrown into jail, yelled at by the judge, never leaving America, etc). I can honestly having Mr. Thacker as my lawyer really helped ease my nerves and made it possible to continue my life outside the US while we waited for the court date. I got the feeling that he truly cared about my case. When it comes to having a lawyer represent you, feeling confident that they have your best interest at heart and aren't just another case to them means a lot. If I could go back, obviously I wouldn't have made the idiotic mistake I did, however I would still choose Mr. Thacker as my lawyer again. I would recommend him to anyone.
