I hired Mr. Howard to represent me with a case that I was involved in. I conducted my own vetting process, even before I hired him. I'm recently retired and this allows me some time to do this. I did research and went to court where I could find him in action. After watching and listening to him defend a couple of defendants, it was crystal clear that he was the Attorney for me. I observed him win both of the cases with a masterful knowledge of law and with his approach to the defense of his clients. He was prepared in each case, using his experience as a criminal prosecutor and it seemed as though he came into the courtroom more prepared with several case laws that applied to his client's innocence.
He spent over an hour during the first consultation with me, he set my mind at ease. He has an investigator that spent nearly 3 decades as a law enforcement officer/investigator that sat in on the consultation. Between Mr. Howard's and the investigator's analysis and feedback, I decided then and there that I was in the right firm to get the best results.
Not only did I get my part of the case dismissed, I received what I feel was the best attention to detail of how this happened. Between Mr. Howard's knowledge of law, and the investigator's input as to many points of how things should have been done during my arrest, I was confident of the inevitable outcome.
Just a footnote: I understand that attorneys might not be able to speak with their clients on a regular basis, but at least, the investigator, his Associate and, his paralegal, would always speak at length with me during the process prior to my adjudication. And yes, there were follow-up meetings with Mr. Howard and the investigator.
So, in closing, for the price, and the outcome, with the personal attention throughout the entire process, I got exactly what I paid for and more. I would recommend The Howard Law Group for the best outcome and the best representation money could buy. This is a top notch firm, with a top notch staff. Remember, if your attorney has the luxury of being able to take your calls all of the time, he/she must not be very much in demand. I've read many reviews not just on this site, and have come to that conclusion based upon my experience with my case.

I was received a DUI 6 months ago and lost my drivers license. Since this was my first offense I didn't think it would go so badly. But it did, and I needed to hire a lawyer. I contact Bryan Howard from the Howard Law Group. He was very forthcoming and straight forward. He never made promises, but always kept his word. I really respect him for not sugar coating my situation to get me to hire him. In fact, he did the opposite. He probably gave me more advise before I even retained him. AND that's why I hired him. Since then, my DUI was reduced and not on my record. I was also pretty impressed he knew the prosecutor on my case. I totally recommend him.

Mr. Howard is an excellent Attorney. Was going through a bad divorce, my former Attorney never returned my calls, and was not responsive to my questions. I hired Mr. Howard, and he was great. He expedited my case, got child support for my 2 kids, and always returned my call that very same day. I can't say enough about his efforts and commitment to my case.

This attorney is overpriced and obviously from the reviews on here--overrated! I hired him to do a job, which wasn't done, requested my money back to which he refused. After a bar complaint and an arbitration hearing at the Ga Bar--I won and was entitled to recover some of the money I had paid him. BEWARE!!!!

I was arrested in Atlanta on a DUI and didn’t really know what I was in for. I started researching attorneys 2 weeks after my arrest. I found out that when I contacted Mr. Howard that I only had 10 days to contest my license suspension and this was day 11. I immediately retained Mr. Howard services and he went to work. He appealed my suspension with the head of legal for driver’s services and stopped my license from being suspended. This was a huge win in itself because otherwise my License would have been suspended for 12 months. Next Mr. Howard was able to convince the arresting officer to remove the suspension of my license in the ALS hearing. Once this was done I was able to go get my license back. I was able to drive my vehicle during this whole process and didn’t spend 1 day with an actual suspension. Finally, Mr. Howard had my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. He seemed to know everyone in the court room and worked with them all very well in getting my charges reduced. I am so very glad that I chose the Howard Law Group to represent me and he is worth every penny.

The legal system scares the crap out of me. I was charged with a Commercial DUI. I wasn't even in the truck when the police arrested me and charged me. I was facing my CDL being suspended and jail time. Mr Howard is a powerhouse attorney who got the State to DROP ALL charges against me. I was not driving my truck at the time, and really was innocent of driving while intoxicated. Bryan Howard and his investigator proved to the State I was not even in my Truck let a lone driving in it. I owe the Howard Law Group a huge thank you and am very lucky I hired them.

I was recommended from a friend to hire Mr Howard. I had a complicated case and it was going to affect my job if I was convicted of this particular charge. I did a lot of research before I actually hired an Attorney. I found Mr. Howard very caring and very respectful to my case. Other Attorneys in Atlanta seemed hard, and not very attentive. After hiring Mr Howard, he did a great job on my case. Not only did he get the charged dismissed, but I was able to continue working in my profession without being afraid I would be fired. Thank you Mr. Howard.

I was facing a DUI charge in Atlanta and the State was looking to sentence me to jail. Mr Howard got the case completely dismissed and I had to pay no fine.

I contacted Mr Howard last year on a 2 charges regarding Domestic Violence. One was a Felony, the other a Misdemeanor. The State initially wanted 10 years in Prison for the Felony. Mr. Howard guided me through a long process of court appearances and waiting out the State. He knew exactly what the ADA was going to do, and how they were going to do it. At the end, Bryan Howard was prepared to go to trial. The State offered up a plea bargain and dropped the Felony charge. He got the fines dropped, and probation on the misdemeanor charge cut in half.

I hired Mr. Howard to handle a criminal case for me. After $5000 and MANY months of unreturned phone calls, I had no choice but to fire this guy and retain counsel elsewhere. Mr. Howard was also notorious for canceling appointments and showing up late to court! I would strongly advise to steer clear of this attorney--his partner, Ed Murray, has already been disbarred and if Mr. Howard doesn't get his act together, I foresee a disbarment in his future!
