Bryan Richard Howard

I hired Mr. Howard to represent me with a case that I was involved in. I conducted my own vetting process, even before I hired him. I'm recently retired and this allows me some time to do this. I did research and went to court where I could find him in action. After watching and listening to him defe...nd a couple of defendants, it was crystal clear that he was the Attorney for me. I observed him win both of the cases with a masterful knowledge of law and with his approach to the defense of his clients. He was prepared in each case, using his experience as a criminal prosecutor and it seemed as though he came into the courtroom more prepared with several case laws that applied to his client's innocence. He spent over an hour during the first consultation with me, he set my mind at ease. He has an investigator that spent nearly 3 decades as a law enforcement officer/investigator that sat in on the consultation. Between Mr. Howard's and the investigator's analysis and feedback, I decided then and there that I was in the right firm to get the best results. Not only did I get my part of the case dismissed, I received what I feel was the best attention to detail of how this happened. Between Mr. Howard's knowledge of law, and the investigator's input as to many points of how things should have been done during my arrest, I was confident of the inevitable outcome. Just a footnote: I understand that attorneys might not be able to speak with their clients on a regular basis, but at least, the investigator, his Associate and, his paralegal, would always speak at length with me during the process prior to my adjudication. And yes, there were follow-up meetings with Mr. Howard and the investigator. So, in closing, for the price, and the outcome, with the personal attention throughout the entire process, I got exactly what I paid for and more. I would recommend The Howard Law Group for the best outcome and the best representation money could buy. This is a top notch firm, with a top notch staff. Remember, if your attorney has the luxury of being able to take your calls all of the time, he/she must not be very much in demand. I've read many reviews not just on this site, and have come to that conclusion based upon my experience with my case.

The legal system scares the crap out of me. I was charged with a Commercial DUI. I wasn't even in the truck when the police arrested me and charged me. I was facing my CDL being suspended and jail time. Mr Howard is a powerhouse attorney who got the State to DROP ALL charges against me. I was not dri...ving my truck at the time, and really was innocent of driving while intoxicated. Bryan Howard and his investigator proved to the State I was not even in my Truck let a lone driving in it. I owe the Howard Law Group a huge thank you and am very lucky I hired them.

Recently got into some trouble for having a suspended license and some other nonsense. Basically got pulled over one morning on my way to work apparently my license was suspended for not having payed some tickets. The officer took my license and gave me a whole bunch of other tickets. The suspended l...icense ticket said "knowingly" and it was for a misdemeanor. The officer could have arrested me but he felt bad because i was taking my dad to work , "he didn't want to arrest me in front of my dad". After I left the scene I was calling all morning looking for an attorney getting quotes and what not. I was freaking out about not having a physical license and how I was going to get to and from work. I had never been in trouble like this I had no idea what I was doing or how to go about this situation but I knew I wasn't about to get took en advantage of. I have to say that even though I was embarrassed to have to even contact an Attorney for a criminal charge, and meeting with so many was so stressful, and also to my surprise none of them made me feel safe or comfortable enough to pay might I say a ton of money for a misdemeanor charge. So court date... closing in I had heard that there is a law firm that would help me and they are very reasonable priced. I called and made an appointment with Howard Law Group and they were nice enough to work with my schedule. Upon Meeting Mr. Howard he was very nice and seemed to be fairly aware of my situation for as he already had some of his other clients facing the same charge. Amazed Mr. Howard took the time to explain my case to me and sitting through the consultation he also had me feeling safe enough to hire him on my case. BEST DECISION EVER I was told to relax and he would take care of every thing. The staff was very quick to keep me informed on court dates,and answered any and all my questions.... the day we went to court he said have a sit I was scared to death!!! Still nervous I looked down only to see that Mr. Bryan Howard had done exactly as promised, I received the best deal possible. If your looking for a straight forward and someone who wont back down and settle for nothing Bryan Howard is the first call I would make!!!!
