Honest and Fair Lawyer

I was received a DUI 6 months ago and lost my drivers license. Since this was my first offense I didn't think it would go so badly. But it did, and I needed to hire a lawyer. I contact Bryan Howard from the Howard Law Group. He was very forthcoming and straight forward. He never made promises, but al...ways kept his word. I really respect him for not sugar coating my situation to get me to hire him. In fact, he did the opposite. He probably gave me more advise before I even retained him. AND that's why I hired him. Since then, my DUI was reduced and not on my record. I was also pretty impressed he knew the prosecutor on my case. I totally recommend him.

very compassionate

I had called around for free consultations with a couple of lawyers. When I got to speak with Bryan I knew then that he was the one to handle my case. He was very compassionate and asked a lot of questions about my arrest when we first talked on the phone. I was accused and arrested for DUI and refus...al to submit to breathalyzer. Howard was recommended to me by friends and several other attorneys who specialize in DUI/Criminal law. Bryan handled my Hearing and because of his assertiveness, extensive knowledge and experience with this area of law, and his ability to set the tone and take control - the DMV gave me my license back! Mr. Howard was an Non-judgmental and down to earth attorney - truly understands that bad things happen to good people and takes almost a personal responsibility and sense of pride in representing you and your case.
