After not being defended very well by my first lawyer in my dirvorce, I did research and came across Mr. Howard. I have had excellent experience with Mr. Howard as my attorney. Child custody is such an emotional process. He protected my interests along with my kids and represented my wishes very pr...ofessionally. I found he's costs to be reasonable and his availability way above the norm. I couldn't recommend him more highly. I was very happy with the outcome in my custody case.

I hired Mr. Howard to represent me with a case that I was involved in. I conducted my own vetting process, even before I hired him. I'm recently retired and this allows me some time to do this. I did research and went to court where I could find him in action. After watching and listening to him defe...nd a couple of defendants, it was crystal clear that he was the Attorney for me. I observed him win both of the cases with a masterful knowledge of law and with his approach to the defense of his clients. He was prepared in each case, using his experience as a criminal prosecutor and it seemed as though he came into the courtroom more prepared with several case laws that applied to his client's innocence. He spent over an hour during the first consultation with me, he set my mind at ease. He has an investigator that spent nearly 3 decades as a law enforcement officer/investigator that sat in on the consultation. Between Mr. Howard's and the investigator's analysis and feedback, I decided then and there that I was in the right firm to get the best results. Not only did I get my part of the case dismissed, I received what I feel was the best attention to detail of how this happened. Between Mr. Howard's knowledge of law, and the investigator's input as to many points of how things should have been done during my arrest, I was confident of the inevitable outcome. Just a footnote: I understand that attorneys might not be able to speak with their clients on a regular basis, but at least, the investigator, his Associate and, his paralegal, would always speak at length with me during the process prior to my adjudication. And yes, there were follow-up meetings with Mr. Howard and the investigator. So, in closing, for the price, and the outcome, with the personal attention throughout the entire process, I got exactly what I paid for and more. I would recommend The Howard Law Group for the best outcome and the best representation money could buy. This is a top notch firm, with a top notch staff. Remember, if your attorney has the luxury of being able to take your calls all of the time, he/she must not be very much in demand. I've read many reviews not just on this site, and have come to that conclusion based upon my experience with my case.

I was arrested in Atlanta on a DUI and didn’t really know what I was in for. I started researching attorneys 2 weeks after my arrest. I found out that when I contacted Mr. Howard that I only had 10 days to contest my license suspension and this was day 11. I immediately retained Mr. Howard services a...nd he went to work. He appealed my suspension with the head of legal for driver’s services and stopped my license from being suspended. This was a huge win in itself because otherwise my License would have been suspended for 12 months. Next Mr. Howard was able to convince the arresting officer to remove the suspension of my license in the ALS hearing. Once this was done I was able to go get my license back. I was able to drive my vehicle during this whole process and didn’t spend 1 day with an actual suspension. Finally, Mr. Howard had my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. He seemed to know everyone in the court room and worked with them all very well in getting my charges reduced. I am so very glad that I chose the Howard Law Group to represent me and he is worth every penny.

I was facing a second DUI, and ended up just paying for a speeding ticket. Mr. Howard was able to get it dismissed. He knows the laws, but more importantly, he knows the judges, prosecutors, and even the police force. He knows how to get you the best outcome for whatever situation you are in.
