Bryan did a magnificent job representing me in a misdemeanor criminal case. This was my first experience with the court system, and he was able to communicate the details and logistics of the case in layman's terms to me. He has a very down-to-earth personality that was contrary to what I expected in... a good lawyer. He inspired my confidence without over-promising or setting false expectations. Finally and most importantly for me, he got the DA to dismiss within the time frame I was expecting. Bryan has been absolutely amazing. I am a full time mom and full time medical student who found myself in a very serious situation when facing a DUI charge from a car accident. Bryan appeared in my defense multiple times over the long course of a year so that I could continue school and clinicals but still be making headway in my case. Mr. Howard ultimately got all the charges dismissed and everything was DROPPED! His staff in the office always returned my calls and processed all situations, I would not have made it through school and obtained my degree without his help. He fought hard and made valid points in the case that ultimately lead to the final judgement and it being dropped.
