Unfortunately for me and my family things took a turn we never expected. In those short 7 years Mr. David Ballard and his amazing team have always been there every step of the way. They have always had the best in communication and expectations. Wither it was good or bad we always knew where we st...ood. Anytime even since the passing of my late husband his team has been there ready and willing to take the time to answer, guide, and knowledge me with wonderful information. I could honestly never have asked or even imagined an amazing team like his. He is definitely one of a kind and will always be our number 1!!!

After a horrible divorce from my children's father & even worse time with custody issues following several court appearences, my husband and I said enough was enough. We weren't sure who would help or or where to turn, but something told us to go talk with David Ballard. Not only did he sit down & ta...lk with us at length about what was needed, he explained everything in detail letting us know we had a long road ahead. David went above and beyond for us, going as far as going to where my children's father was incarcerated when he agreed to sign over his parental rights. When a snag in the process caught us all by surprise he jumped into action to get things handled with the expertise you grow to know is that of David Ballard & his passion for what he does. From March to August 2016 David worked with us, and in the end sat in the judges chambers as my husband adopted our sons, giving us a new life & a start as a true family of 4. David helped give my boys something they never truly had, and that's a loving caring father that not only loved them as his own but was legally theirs as well. Our case was complex but nothing that David couldn't handle, which made us comfortable & very assured that we never had anything to worry about. The process from start to finish was stress free for my husband & I. When we were needed for something, communication was always effortless & times to come into the office were always convienant for us. There were many times the office stayed open late so David could meet with us after my husband got off work, which doesn't happen often with other businesses. I will never be able to thank David Ballard enough for making my family complete, & giving us the gift he did by making legal what we had know in our hearts for a long time.

Charged more than the normal fee yet there wasn’t anything complicated. Lacked follow up and communication. I was always reaching out for updates. Case took almost two years and never heard anything back regarding the case just a letter. Met multiple times and really nice but I think he takes on more... cases than he can handle. He came highly recommended.

Hired him on Thursday my court date was on that Tuesday from Friday to Monday I couldn't get anytime with him to go over the case he was to busy after he got paid I seen him on the day of court and he didn't know the cast and had no plan of attack with no strategy no where to be found,, I lost but he... had time for my money tho
