Unfortunately for me and my family things took a turn we never expected. In those short 7 years Mr. David Ballard and his amazing team have always been there every step of the way. They have always had the best in communication and expectations. Wither it was good or bad we always knew where we st...ood. Anytime even since the passing of my late husband his team has been there ready and willing to take the time to answer, guide, and knowledge me with wonderful information. I could honestly never have asked or even imagined an amazing team like his. He is definitely one of a kind and will always be our number 1!!!

Has some debt issue that came back to haunt me. Didn’t know how to approach them. David was suggested and recommended. I went with him because I didn’t know who else to go with. And it was the best decision. It’s not easy doing lawyers work while also still making your clients feel human, and cared ...for. David has that mastered. In his explaining of legal terms I had no idea the meaning of, he never made me feel less than, and actually ensured I was totally informed about my situation. In the end, he was able to take care of the issue, and lift a major burden from my shoulders.

For 2 years I dealt with a felony theft by taking case in Fayetteville, Ga! Every step of the way David and Krystal made sure I was ok first and received all information in regards to my case! I did not hire this attorney however I must say had I wound up needing one or if we do , this would be our guy. Excellent personality via message with over the top ethic that is very easily noted even through just a few communications via message. He was a sense of comfort also just reaching out to ...him and being able to get some peace in knowing he was there. Also I liked that he was not pushy in any way or intimidating.
